Refund policy
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at support@bareillykabazaar.com as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive the item before initiating a return. Once you receive your order, please follow our return process outlined below.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- The timeline to raise the return request is within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including tags and certificates.
- Once we have received the product, upon quality check we will calculate the refund as per our refund policy. Shipping cost will not be refunded and applicable refund amount will be calculated after deducting the discounts offered at the time of purchase.
Return Process:
- To return an item, please write an email to our customer service team at support@bareilleykabazaar.com and share the name and the image of the product to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you have received the confirmation of our return request approval, Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the return label.
- We will arrange for it to be picked up. The product should be intact in its original condition with the tags intact. If there are any damages or the tags are lost the product will not be eligible for return.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- For Prepaid Orders (Debit Card/ Credit Card/UPI/Wallet/Net Banking)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders:
- Store Credits will be provided. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other mode of payment.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
